Please note that additional fees may apply for forms not included in our process. We accept walk-ins only for drug testing services, and clients must arrive by 3pm, Monday-Thursday, to test.

We make obtaining copies of your reports easy, even if you have a TPA in place. Our records for both DNA testing and drug testing services are accessible for a period of 5-7 years, depending on the service. To request your reports today, please email easylabtech@outlook.com. Allow 48 hours to receive your request. For clients who underwent drug testing with authorization, you will need to follow up with the company for which you tested; we can only provide proof of testing, not the results.
